Onebag.in does not offer a return policy for products that have been delivered and opened by the customer. However, if a product has a technical issue, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is not resolved, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged product arrived/Wrong product received/Accessories Missing

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or with missing accessories, you must report the issue within 24 business hours of delivery. You can do this by visiting the contact page of Onebag.in website. You will need to provide your order ID and a few images of the product to process the replacement or initiate a refund.

Onebag.in Warranty Policy

Onebag.in products and their accessories come with a 1-year warranty that covers technical issues, excluding physical damage.

To avail warranty services, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice (irrespective of the sales channel). Onebag.in reserves the right to deny services if the invoice is not presented.

If the issue is not resolved over a call or an email, Onebag.in will arrange to pick up the device from your address for repair or replacement. In case reverse pick-up is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Onebag.in customer service team. The cost of self-shipping will be incurred by the customer. Onebag.in will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.

Onebag.in shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to the usage of Onebag.in products, including consequential or resulting liability, damage, or loss to property or life, injuries, or loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly from any defects in Onebag.in products.

While Onebag.in will make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest, it is not obligated to do so within a specified period of time.

Out of Warranty

If your product is out of warranty but develops a technical issue, you can still request a repair or replacement. However, you will be responsible for the costs.

A replacement can be given on a chargeable basis if the product is not repairable. This can be processed only if the specific product is in stock.

Onebag.in Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

- Any damage to the product caused by customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, or misuse detected.
- Any product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, or accidental or incidental damage.
- Spillage of any kind of liquid on the device.
- Device subjected to extreme temperatures.
- Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device.

Shipping and Return Policy

Onebag.in offers free shipping on all orders placed on its website. You can track the status of your order by visiting the Onebag.in website and entering your order ID.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so contacting our customer service at +91 7827588410 (call or WhatsApp) or by logging into your account and cancelling the order from the "My Account" section or by contacting us using the contact page.

If you do not receive your order within the designated time period, you can request a refund. The full amount will be refunded within the next 7 days (excluding any delays in refund processing caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays). If the order gets cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days.

GST

Onebag.in does not extend the GST policy for B2C customers on the Onebag.in website. Only B2B customers (corporate orders) are eligible to avail GST invoices. Therefore, if you are a B2C customer, please be advised that you will not be able to claim GST invoices for your purchases.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We ship each order to a single address specified at the time of purchase. If you need products to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
